Speaking of garbage...

Why is the kitchen garbage always brimming near the top of the can? Why can it never just stay 1/3 full, even 1/2 full? No! It is always near the top! Then, it spends most of the time out from under the kitchen sink, and it's in.my.way.

Just asking.

Wonderful Poppers takes the trash out every day for me. I love starting the day with an empty garbage can.

Ummmm.... I have 3 bags of garbage sitting at the end of the counter, on the floor, When one brown paper bag gets full I just get out another one.......... Maybe you should try having three? At least one of them might not be full~

It always overflows for me when I am making supper. Timmers starts going through it, I need to throw something disgusting in that falls out........

Y'know what someone should invent? Trash chutes--like laundry chutes--that go right to the can in the garage.

Kristi..I think you're on to something. I dump coffee grounds and leftovers onto my floor...inside the can, under the sink, in the cupboard..that Jack built..enough to make a preacher's daughter say a bad word.

Then it's fun when the baby starts learning to stand and wants to "explore" the manifold wonders of the trashcan. Do they make trashcan locks?

Mom,
I think that it is all faith. I think she creeps aaround when your not looking and throws toys in the garbage.

Hey, how did my garbage can end up in your kitchen?

We could turn this whole thing around and be thankful we have an abundance of things and are able to throw something away. Hmm? Maybe I should preach that to myself the next time my bag overfloweth?

Football dude - I think you're right! And you've been blaming me for getting rid of all of your old toys! Aha!

V - thanks, it feels good to be back..hoping I can stay longer this time.

S - my comment is too sassy....I'm refraining.

My 11 year old son agrees. I'm amazed too how it fills up even when no one's around all day. There it is , full by afternoon, sure as the world.
